Apprenticeships & Graduate Schemes

Starting your career can be overwhelming. At Ontic, we give you the life and work skills you need to embark on your career path through our apprenticeship and graduate schemes.

Apprenticeships at Ontic are typically centered around engineering. The three-year courses involve time at training centers and within the business, where you’re given the chance to be involved in the day-to-day responsibilities of the role and develop key skills.

Our graduate schemes span all areas. We offer graduate schemes from each of our global locations, giving young starters an opportunity to achieve qualifications in various departments. We also offer rotational graduate schemes, where individuals can move between different departments to develop more skills and find their destined career path.

We have various year-in industry schemes, which cover a number of different roles. On completion of the degree, we look to offer graduates a place within our business where they can continue their career path in full-time employment.

Million Makers

In partnership with The Prince’s Trust, we invite all members of our emerging talent community to take part in our Million Makers scheme.

This involves combining hands-on experience, workshops, and events where you can develop key skills.

Employees receive free, accredited CPD training that helps to develop leadership, innovation, project management, and business planning skills. At the same time, we raise money to support The Prince’s Trust.
